I've got a question for you.

Do you have a hard time thinking  of what to write about?

  1. I'll raise my hand and say, yes. It is an occupational hazard for most writers.

  2. What do you do to come up with an idea?

  3. Most of the time, I don't have trouble thinking of ideas. But I do have trouble thinking of ideas that stick. My imagination can be fickle! :)

    1. I'm with you there C.J. and last night when I was driving home, a real cool idea ran through my brain. Did I have my little cassette recorder with me to push record to say it? NO!. Did I take the time to pull over and find some loose paper and a pen to write it down>? NO. Now I can't remember one word out of it. I've learned many times to write down right when I think of something cool that could be used. But I still forget to be prepared to record it when needed. ;)

  4. Since I have only written about my experiences being ill, I haven't had a chance to try to do other writing.

  6. I keep a file folder full of ideas, but none of them seems interesting when it's time to write a blog post. That's why I don't post very often.

    1. I totally understand Susan. It sounds great when you read it, but later...Hmmmmm. I limit my postings as well, but with this question I've gotten to most feed back. lol. You might want to try that to get your readers into the conversation.

  7. Never for my blogs. In fact I've got too many ideas to fit into the space I have to blog. I find a lot of ideas on other blogs and in the comments on my blog. Then there's everything else in the world. So much to think about. Now if I could only apply this to finishing a book.

  8. Maybe your should cut down to fewer blogs...than you have more time for your book, eh? You'll figure it out. But I understand not having a balance in our personal life's.
